📦 Processing and delivery times

At DouxPas , we do everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Order preparation: 1 to 3 working days

  • Delivery in mainland France: 8 to 10 working days on average

Important note:
During peak periods (Black Friday, sales, Christmas), or in cases of force majeure (strikes, weather, etc.), exceptional delays may occur.


📍 Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number .

You can track your package directly via the link provided or from our “Order Tracking” page available on our website.


🚚 Delivery methods used

We mainly work with Colissimo (La Poste) for deliveries in France.
Depending on your delivery address, we may also use other carriers such as Chronopost , Mondial Relay , or DHL .


📬 What to do if you are absent during delivery?

In case of absence, the carrier will leave a calling card .
Follow the instructions provided or contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery.

Some deliveries may be redirected to a relay point or post office .


📝 Status “Delivered” but package not received?

The “Delivered” status can mean that:

  • The package was delivered to a neighbor or family member

  • It was dropped off at a relay point or post office

👉 Check your mailbox, emails, or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


❌ Why was my package returned?

Your package may be returned to us if:

  • The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete

  • Your phone number was missing or incorrect

  • You did not collect your package within the time limit set by the carrier

In this case, please contact us and we will arrange a new shipment.

❗ Tracking update times

After shipping, tracking may take 3 to 5 business days to activate.
During transit, it is normal for the status to remain stuck on “Package ready to be shipped” for a few days.
